Designers Archana Kochhar and Farah Sanjana joined hands to support girl child education at the 9th edition of Smile Foundation’s charity fashion initiative ‘Ramp for Champs’.
60 achievers from all walks of life got together on the ramp with children from Smile Foundation, the real “champs” of the show. Proceeds from the event went towards the education of girl children, under Smile Foundation’s Mission Education programme.
The evening was marked with some mesmerising performances by Abhiruchi Singh, Sandip Soparrkar, Shayok Banerjee and Bharucha School of Ballet. The show was choreographed by Yatin Gandhi and Alesia Raut was the ramp trainer for the event.
Archana Kochhar’s muses included Shibani Kashyap, Divya Khosla, Roshni Chopra, Mandana Karimi, Bhagyashree, Sagarika Ghatge, Tara Sharma, Claudia Ceisla, Lauren, Isha Koppikar, Tehseen Poonawalla, Tahir Bhasin, Rajneesh Duggal, Andy, Akshay Oberoi, Vickky Idnaani, Mukesh Chhabra, Jackky Bhagnani, Raj Kumar Rao, Meiyang Chang, Gurmeet & Debina, Bobby Khan & Mounita Khan, Hemang Pandit & Rakhi Pandit, Krishaa and Gautam Ghanasingh from Ghanasingh Be True, Naved Jaffery and Sayeeda Jaffery, Sameer Purohit & Namrata Purohit, Urvashi Sharma & Sachiin Joshi, Urvashi Thacker, Jyotika Gundecha, Saguna, Kashish and Yami Gautam.
Farah Sanjana’s muses included Ileana D’Cruz, VJ Anusha Dandekar, Mughda Godse, Priyanka Bose, Ruhi Singh, Rochelle Maria Rao, Alia Al Rufai, Shereen Bharwani, Kayaan, Tina Ahuja Kapoor, Aneesa Dhody, Anindita Nayar, Radhika Meghe, Ramona Arena, Zane Ravdjee, and Sunny.
The event was successfully supported by various partners. This edition of Ramp for Champs was powered by SOIE and hosted by J W Marriott Hotel Mumbai Sahar.
